Chicago Portraits of R&B / Soul Artist Caleb Minter

Caleb Minter is a new R&B/ Soul artist. You can listen to several videos of him singing on youtube included this one of him singing Heaven by Beyonce.

As seen here on the rooftop of my Chicago photostudio, One of my favorite techniques is to use CTO filters (plastic gels that make neutral light look like old fashioned light bulbs) on my lights so that when I tell the camera to compensate for their warmth, the camera makes the rest of the world look blue.

For this series I added film grain to the pics to give them a textured look.
