Our business headshot and portrait photography pricing and our packages are designed to give you or your company the flexibility to get exactly what you need, without having to pay for photography options you don’t want. Whether you are looking for a single finished image for your LinkedIn, or 20 professional images for your Instagram, you can get the photography you need. All sessions include at least 1 retouched image with additional images available for purchase.
After the shoot, we will send you watermarked proofs and you can select the headshot or portrait images you need and we will turn them around in 2-5 days.

Chicago corporate headshot photographer John Gress has worked with dozen’s of corporations to help their executives and front-line employees put their best foot forward with a great professional headshot on their business website, linked-in and social media.
Whether on location with your whole team or in his studio, located at 5339 W Lake St., Suite 427, Chicago, IL 60644, Gress can deliver exactly what your business needs in a variety of styes and backgrounds. Including matching the commercial photography you have had in the past. That way your new employees head shots will fit right in with the corporate headshot photography on your website.
Deposit:
Clients have the option to either pay in full or make a non-refundable deposit of $150 with a credit or debit card at the time of booking to secure their session date and time. Once received, we will reserve the agreed-upon date and time exclusively for you and will not accept other bookings for that slot. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations to the appointment.
The deposit amount will be deducted from your final total, and the balance due shall be paid at the studio immediately after your session with either Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal.
In the event that you request hair and makeup services and we are unable to schedule a service provider for your photoshoot, we will refund your deposit if mutually convenient rescheduling cannot be arranged. For sessions requiring two or more of the following services (hair, makeup, styling), a higher deposit may be necessary. By booking an appointment, you agree to allow John Gress Media Inc. to use the retouched images from the session for commercial purposes.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your shoot for any reason 48 hours or more before the shoot without forfeiting your deposit.
Retouching:
We specialize in natural retouching that enhances your appearance while maintaining your authentic look – well-rested, healthy, put-together, and blemish-free. We aim to make you look your best without altering your natural features. We offer up to three rounds of retouching per image, with most images typically requiring only one round. Additional rounds of retouching are available at a charge of $10-30 per round, depending on the complexity. While we strive to accommodate all requests, there may be limitations to what we can achieve. Our focus is on capturing images at real locations, and we do not specialize in heavily altered or composite images. However, you are welcome to seek out specialized retouching services elsewhere if needed.
Clients will be asked to sign a contract that is similar to what you see above, but it will include a 50% deposit and the ability to pay 30 days after the shoot via additional methods including an EFT or company check.
