John Gress created Chicago Beauty Photography and Videography for a digital marketing campaign for SA Style Studio. The project consisted of step-by-step video tutorials and portraits which were used to promote their website coordinating hair, makeup and fashion styling for model and everyday people.
Filming took place in an Evanston, Illinois photo studio. Gress filmed the tutorials with a Canon C200 n 4K, recorded externatally with an Atomos Shogun in ProRes 422LT and captured the beauty portrait headshots with a Canon 5D Mark IV camera. The video was lit with Aputure lights.

Lit with Aputure 120D and 300D LED lights, with a MOLA Setti as the main modifier and two Chimera 1×3′ strips over each shoulder.
