Group Rates for On-Location Corporate Sessions

For corporate teams, we offer on-location sessions that minimize disruption to your workday. The process begins with you requesting a quote on our corporate headshots page. Once we receive your request, we send a short questionnaire to gather detailed information about your specific requirements. This includes the number of employees, preferred styles, and any brand-specific backdrop colors or themes.

After reviewing the questionnaire, we check our availability and provide a quote. If everything aligns, we further the conversation to finalize details, sign a contract, and set up the date for the shoot at your convenience. We work closely with you to select the ideal date and manage the schedule to ensure that each team member has ample time to get their headshot taken without causing significant downtime.

Group Rates for On-Location Sessions

• Headshots for 5 People – $745: This session in our studio includes close-up, 3/4, and full-body shots, color or B&W, 1-2 background changes, 1-2 clothing changes, and optional retouching packages.
• Headshots for Large Teams – Starting at $995+: Suitable for teams of 5 or more people. Includes close-up, 3/4, and full-body shots, color or B&W, 1-2 background changes, 1-2 clothing changes, optional retouching packages, realtime & online proofing, and automated delivery.

Studio Business Headshots for Individuals

While on-location shoots are ideal for capturing the essence of a team, individual headshots in our studio offer a controlled environment tailored to personal branding needs. Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and backdrops, designed to bring out the best in each subject. The studio setting allows for a focused, distraction-free experience where we can perfect every detail of the shot.

• 1 Hour Session – $499: Includes close-up, 3/4, and full-body shots with 2-4 background changes, 2-4 clothing changes, and 1 retouched image.
• 2 Hour Session – $749: Includes close-up, 3/4, and full-body shots with 3-5 background changes, 3-5 clothing changes, and 3 retouched images.
• 3 Hour Session – $1799: Includes close-up, 3/4, and full-body shots with 4-7 background changes, 4-7 clothing changes, and 15 retouched images, plus all images in high resolution.

Upgrade Options

• All images in medium resolution – $149: Get all images from the shoot without watermarks, unretouched in medium resolution.
• All images in high resolution – $249: Get all images from the shoot without watermarks, unretouched in high resolution.
• Additional retouched images – $99 each
• 5 retouched images – $399
• 10 retouched images – $699
