Illinois Issues First Civil Union Licenses
I started to tear up this morning… just a little… when I saw Janean Watkins and Lakeesha Harris cry upon receiving their Civil Union License in Chicago this morning. Illinois is now the 6th state to have civil unions or their equivalent.
