Chicago Gay Wedding Photographer: St. Luke’s Lutheran Church’s wood beam ceiling and gothic inspired century old interior provided a moving venue for the wedding of Pastor Erik and Kerry. Friends, family and Erik’s congregation came together to celebrate their summer nuptials inside the Logan Square church.

Last week I updated my website to include a new wedding section, with over a hundred new photos of brides and grooms tying the knot.
The weddings I had the privilege to witness over the summer covered a range of emotions and locations. There were great moments and particularly memorable were Pete & Mike’s Lake Michigan reception and this moment below with Bob & Louis right after their ceremony.

The blazing sunlight shining through the stained glass windows of the church as well as the late afternoon sun skimming off of the gentle swells of Lake Michigan helped to make for a beautiful set of images showcasing their momentous day.
