Recently I had the pleasure of illustrating an architectural tour of Chicago for the online newspaper The Daily. Playing tourist in the city I have called home for nearly 8 years was actually kind of fun. If you have the time, play tourist in your town, because you’ll quickly find here is a reason why people come to visit… unless of course you’re in Topeka, Kansas (where I used to live). In that case, stay in side, and pray for the people with their bibles and protests signs down on the corner.
