Illinois gay wedding photography: Clemson & Charles

Illinois gay wedding photography: From the moment I met Clem and Charles I knew their wedding was going to be a fun event. The James Hotel, in Chicago, provided the perfect mix of modern and classic elegance with an underlying masculine feel.

The evening began with the grooms getting ready in the Library before they were wed in the hotel’s Great Room. Following the ceremony, cocktails were served in the foyer and several adjoining private dining rooms. Then the guests made their way back to the Great Room for a series of side-splitting salutes, dinner and dancing.

“We couldn’t be more pleased to have chosen John Gress to do our wedding photography. John was extremely attentive to our needs, was great with communication, flexible, and easy to work with. Most importantly, John Gress is passionate about his work, which shows in his photos. We cannot thank him enough for all his hard work, and for doing such a wonderful job at our wedding.” – Clem & Charles
